Our communication procedures between RPIC, Visual Observer, and other personnel are well-established, including emergency communication with Air Traffic Control. We review emergency/contingency procedures, execute pre-flight checks using approved checklists, and comply with the manufacturer's operations manual for emergency procedures. Endrones does not resell or post purchased or copyrighted client images on the internet or social media. For marketing, advertisement, education, or community awareness purposes, we may use unselected images, provided they do not violate the client's privacy, expose their property inappropriately, or reveal security measures and proprietary information. We always seek written or verbal client approval before using any images in such contexts.
